Dodge brings more than 10 years of non-profit management experience and a lifelong commitment to equity in education. She joined East Bay after serving as Executive Director for seven years at Seven Tepees in San Francisco, a program dedicated to impacting the lives of promising inner-city youth. While there, Dodge strategically led the growth of Seven Tepees from a small non-profit into a model youth development program. She taught for 17 years in urban middle and high schools in California and led projects to empower all youth with the belief that they could attend college. During her career, Dodge developed several unique college access programs for first-generation college students.
